Hiring Finance Roles:

Be part of our client’s team as an Encompass Administrator, ensuring the Loan Origination System (LOS) runs efficiently through configuration, maintenance, and process optimization. You will manage system enhancements, resolve technical issues, support transaction workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and seamless end-to-end mortgage operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with loan software systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience using Encompass, with proven ability to build input forms, create business rules, and manage system workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, covering origination, processing, underwriting, and servicing.
